personnel training: conducting lectures, practical sessions, and drills in core combat training disciplines — tactical training, weapons training (marksmanship), tactical medicine, combat engineering, military topography, communications, and electronic warfare;

methodological work: developing training programs, lesson plans and outlines, creating scenarios for practical exercises that closely simulate real combat conditions;

safety oversight: strict adherence to and monitoring of safety measures during live fire exercises, demolition work, and field training;

preparation of training resources: preparing training grounds, shooting ranges, training areas, weapons, and special equipment for classes;

evaluation and mentoring: guiding recruits, assessing their level of training, and preparing service performance reviews;

educational and disciplinary work: instilling in service members a conscientious sense of duty, discipline, and careful handling of weapons and equipment.
