Requirements

  • experience managing personnel (sergeant or officer level);

  • understanding of the areas of work, organization, and challenges of communications units;

  • combat experience is a plus;

  • driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • coordinating platoon operations;

  • developing communications capabilities;

  • liaising with foundations and miltech companies;

  • overseeing technical processes;

  • planning platoon activities.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
