Carry knowledge! Cultivate the idea!

It was under this very motto that participants of the Khornuzha School named after Mykola Stsiborskyi received their shoulder patches. The graduates included representatives from the personnel department of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as brothers-in-arms from the 7th Air Assault Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The purpose of the Khornuzha School is to develop a unified strategy for humanitarian and educational work with brigade personnel. Participants worked on creating a joint framework for national and patriotic education, as well as on establishing unified ceremonial and ritual standards. Particular attention was given to the exchange of experience in cooperation with educational institutions, local self-government bodies, and civil society organizations.

Lectures on military history, seminars on the practical duties of khorunzhyi, live discussions, and the exchange of experience will undoubtedly contribute to the graduates’ effective work within their units. As a result of the training, the vast majority of participants were recommended to conduct educational lectures and mentoring activities among service members.
