- expert-level proficiency in Blender;
- proficiency in Geometry Nodes for procedural modeling and rapid iteration;
- experience with rendering engines: Cycles, Octane, or Redshift;
- understanding of PBR shading, HDRI setup, and creating cinematic lighting;
- knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, or Houdini (a plus for file exchange);
- working with green screen/blue screen, cleaning up composites, and relighting objects for a new scene;
- camera tracking and object tracking (Blender, SynthEyes, or PFTrack);
- proficiency in After Effects or basic knowledge of Fusion/Nuke;
- creating simulations: smoke, fire, liquids, and destruction (Mantaflow, Flip Fluids, Houdini, JangaFX);
- working with EXR and AOV (beauty, shadow, AO, depth, normals) for flexible compositing;
- keyframe animation of characters and objects in Blender;
- basic rigging and skinning for product and character scenes;
- working with NLA Editor/Action Blending for animation editing;
- creating motion graphics and text animations in After Effects;
- creating content using Midjourney, Nano-Banana, or ComfyUI (for mood boards, concepts, and textures);
- working with Runway ML Gen-3, Kling, Sora (generating backgrounds and effects);
- proficiency with Topaz Video AI or ESRGAN;
knowledge of ControlNet/IP-Adapter for a consistent visual style; - a significant plus would be: filming experience (at least a basic understanding of on-set work);
- knowledge of color grading (DaVinci Resolve Color Page);
- experience with Unreal Engine 5 (Virtual Production/In-Camera VFX);
- a portfolio featuring case studies, “from green-screen filming to the final video.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- creating scenes in Blender (modeling, shading, lighting) with extensive use of Geometry Nodes;
- performing high-quality keying and tracking (camera and multi-pass) and integrating 3D elements into live-action footage (matchmoving);
- creating dynamic simulations and working with character/product animation;
- using generative neural networks to create mood boards, textures, backgrounds, and improve the quality of the final video;
- assembling the final image using Multipass (EXR/AOV) and performing final color correction.
