- developing and implementing a strategic events calendar;
- planning events to achieve the organization’s fundraising goals, including creating engaging content that captures the audience’s attention and encourages participation;
- developing event concepts and defining the goals and budgets for each project;
- coordinating partnerships;
- collaborating with partners, donors, and contractors to ensure maximum impact from events;
- this includes attracting new partners to support charitable initiatives and developing favorable terms of cooperation;
- fundraising and event management;
- responsibility for organizing charity auctions, raffles, and lotteries, and ensuring the involvement of influencers, brands, and media to enhance the effectiveness of events;
- resource and budget management;
- determining the resources needed to host events, preparing and monitoring budgets;
- allocating resources to achieve maximum efficiency;
- event logistics;
- organizing all stages of events, including venue selection, engaging service providers, coordinating with the team, and continuously monitoring task completion;

Terms
