Requirements

work experience as a business analyst or in process management (preferably 1 year or more);
knowledge of data analysis methods, report preparation, and presentation skills;
experience working with CRM systems and making changes in accordance with business processes;
proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach;
strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

conducting an analysis of internal processes and preparing recommendations for their optimization;
preparing analytical reports; adapting and adjusting processes based on the results of the CRM system;
making changes to the CRM system in accordance with the adjusted business processes;
participating in the development of strategic and operational plans for the department’s growth.
