Requirements

combat experience with UAVs is a plus;
understanding of the fundamentals of UAV engineering and operations;
ability to work under pressure, decisiveness in combat, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

personally lead the crew and be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks;
ensure the crew’s constant combat readiness;
monitor and maintain the morale and psychological well-being of subordinates;
maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
