- Experience working in a call center or in customer service;
- ability to handle stress, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen;
- fluency in Ukrainian;
- willingness to resolve complex issues;
- responsibility and attention to detail;

- proficiency with computers and office software;
- knowledge of English is a plus;

- working with the CRM system;
- processing inquiries received via email and messaging apps;
- resolving issues and conflict situations;
- collaborating with other recruitment departments;
- providing informational support;
- supporting candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
