Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience maintaining power generation units (electrical and mechanical components);
  • ability to use electrical measurement instruments and hand tools;
  • basic knowledge of electrical engineering (principles of alternator operation, synchronous and asynchronous motors, current, voltage, Ohm’s law, electromagnetic induction);
  • basic knowledge of the operating principles of gasoline and diesel internal combustion engines;
  • responsibility and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • preparing new power generation units for operation (adding fluids, startup, monitoring parameters);
  • maintaining records related to the repair of generator sets;
  • routine repair and maintenance of electric generator sets, including electrical and mechanical components (replacing fluids, replacing and cleaning filters and other consumables, replacing components, identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults).

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
