Requirements

  • experience teaching adult groups;
    Skills as a political analyst and political strategist;
  • ability to engage in debate on pressing issues in contemporary foreign and domestic policy;
  • ability to identify and counteract the mechanisms of hostile political strategies and information-psychological warfare;
  • a degree and knowledge of foreign languages are preferred;
  • a Class B driver’s license and satisfactory physical fitness are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • talks, lectures, and presentations for military personnel on political science topics;
  • participation in the preparation and conduct of military ceremonies, rituals, competitions, and other large-scale events;
  • monitoring of enemy activities regarding the use of various political tactics aimed at influencing the personnel of the Ukrainian Defense Forces;
  • analyzing the main directions of the enemy’s IPSO and developing recommendations to mitigate their impact;
  • public activities as lecturers, participants in public discussions, interviews, etc. Working with foreign partners;
  • working to instill basic concepts of political and information hygiene among personnel.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
