- experience working in higher education, analytical mindset;
- ability to clearly explain to staff the essence of various philosophical, worldview, and political concepts (ideas);
- knowledge of the fundamentals of human psychology;
- ability to expose and deconstruct the fundamental principles of the “Russian World” ideology;
- a degree and knowledge of foreign languages are welcome;
- a Class B driver’s license and satisfactory physical fitness are a plus.

Responsibilities
- educational and lecture activities among military personnel on philosophical and worldview topics;
- organizing mass events (military rituals, ceremonies, mysteries, competitions, etc.);
- identifying psychological issues among individual service members and military units, and developing recommendations for addressing them;
- work on studying and deconstructing the basic ideological foundations of enemy propaganda;
- participation in academic conferences, informational programs, public educational events, and collaboration with foreign partners;
- work on shaping the ethos of military units.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
