Requirements

experience working in higher education, analytical mindset;
ability to clearly explain to staff the essence of various philosophical, worldview, and political concepts (ideas);
knowledge of the fundamentals of human psychology;
ability to expose and deconstruct the fundamental principles of the “Russian World” ideology;
a degree and knowledge of foreign languages are welcome;
a Class B driver’s license and satisfactory physical fitness are a plus.

Responsibilities

educational and lecture activities among military personnel on philosophical and worldview topics;
organizing mass events (military rituals, ceremonies, mysteries, competitions, etc.);
identifying psychological issues among individual service members and military units, and developing recommendations for addressing them;
work on studying and deconstructing the basic ideological foundations of enemy propaganda;
participation in academic conferences, informational programs, public educational events, and collaboration with foreign partners;
work on shaping the ethos of military units.
