- secondary or higher education (technical preferred, but not required);
- category “C” driver’s license (categories “B”, “D”, or “CE” will be an advantage);
- experience driving trucks or special vehicles, including in rough terrain or field conditions;
- skills in minor vehicle repair;
- ability to work in field conditions;
- responsibility, motivation, focus, stress resilience, and ability to work in a team;
- quick reaction time and ability to make decisions under stress;
- basic computer skills.

- deploying, configuring, and maintaining uninterrupted radio communication between units;
- performing maintenance on assigned vehicles and communication equipment;
- complying with traffic regulations and military statutes;
- carrying out combat tasks and command assignments.
