- technical education (specialized secondary/higher) or experience in software development;
- experience in the relevant field, including programming in C++ or similar languages;
- ability to work with military or specialized software, databases, and communication systems;
- attentiveness, responsibility, and information security skills;
- ability to quickly solve non-standard problems in field or stressful conditions;
- readiness for intensive training, teamwork, and maintaining confidentiality/secrecy protocols;
- readiness to work in a zone of active combat operations and throughout the territory of Ukraine;
- age up to 50 years;
- willingness to constantly learn and develop.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- programming and flashing microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, and similar);
- developing, adapting, and maintaining software solutions for the unit’s needs (communications, UAVs, equipment control, record-keeping, etc.);
- providing technical support and system configuration, troubleshooting failures, and updating software;
- automating record-keeping, data processing, and report generation as needed by the unit;
- soldering electronic circuits;
- complying with information security standards and protecting data from unauthorized access;
- handling mines, ammunition, and other explosive, flammable, harmful, and toxic substances;
- working with hand and power tools;
- participating in training sessions and advising personnel on the use of software tools.
Terms
