Requirements

  • experience in military service or working with communications equipment, radio engineering, or electronic intelligence is an advantage;

  • knowledge of the operating principles of electronic intelligence, radio communications, and unmanned systems equipment;

  • skills in personnel management and decision-making in difficult conditions;

  • confident use of computers and specialized software;

  • responsibility, discipline, attentiveness, and readiness for service in field conditions.

Responsibilities

  • leading the personnel of the electronic intelligence unit and organizing its work;

  • planning, organizing, and monitoring the execution of electronic intelligence tasks;

  • organizing the deployment, camouflage, operation, and withdrawal of electronic intelligence equipment in task areas;

  • ensuring continuous radio monitoring, detection, direction-finding, and analysis of enemy radio emission sources;

  • collecting, processing, summarizing, and timely reporting intelligence information to command;

  • monitoring the technical condition of electronic intelligence equipment, organizing its maintenance and readiness for use;

  • organizing the training of unit personnel, maintaining military discipline and a high level of professional preparedness;

  • maintaining service documentation, work logs, and records of electronic intelligence equipment usage;

  • ensuring compliance with safety requirements, secrecy regime, and safekeeping of weapons, equipment, and property;

  • carrying out orders from the platoon commander (unit head) and participating in combat and special tasks.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;

  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;

  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
