junior bachelor’s degree (or junior specialist);

mandatory completion of the Staff Sergeant Course (L-2 or higher);

leadership qualities and experience in staff structures are taken into account;

experience in personnel management;

full fitness for military service according to the military medical commission (MMC) conclusion and high physical endurance;

thorough knowledge of unit tactics, military topography, mine safety rules, and tactical medicine;

proficiency in all types of standard weapons and equipment on the unit’s inventory (including modern equipment such as electronic warfare or UAV systems).

monitoring the status of command order execution;

preparing and processing documentation: certificates, requests, reports, orders, and directives;

training junior soldiers, organizing training for squads and crews;

verifying service compliance, maintaining regulatory order;

resolving personnel’s everyday issues, monitoring the safekeeping of weapons and equipment;

maintaining high morale and military discipline within units.
