thorough knowledge of the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and legislation on military service, mobilization, and social protection;

understanding of MDMP (Military Decision-Making Process) and other tactical-level staff procedures used in NATO armed forces to ensure interoperability.

personnel administration: providing personnel services, processing documents, awards, discharges, and transfers;

record-keeping: maintaining personnel files, tracking casualties;

administrative duties: ensuring the operational activities of staff personnel.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
