higher education in management, international relations, law, economics, public administration, or healthcare (preferred);

3+ years of experience in leadership positions (Head of Partnerships, department head, operations director, team lead, or equivalent);

2+ years of experience successfully engaging with international donors, charitable foundations (including grant work), or major businesses;

experience in the medical field, volunteer medical initiatives, or the healthcare system (preferred);

understanding of military medicine specifics, the structure of the Armed Forces/National Guard of Ukraine, or experience serving/interacting with the Defense Forces (preferred);

language proficiency: fluent Ukrainian, English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) / Advanced (C1) level (preferred);

strong skills in building operational processes, delegation, KPI monitoring, and coordinating the work of multiple units simultaneously;

negotiation skills (GR/PR/Sales): ability to communicate at a high level with government bodies (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health), private clinic leadership, corporate top management, and foreign delegations;

understanding of the grant project lifecycle, compliance requirements, and financial and analytical reporting to donors;

knowledge of the regulatory framework (preferred): understanding of Ukrainian legislation in healthcare, operating conditions of public and private healthcare institutions, and legal aspects of humanitarian aid provision;

confident user of office software (Google Workspace, MS Office: Advanced Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides);

experience with task management and planning systems: Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar;

ability to work with process visualization and structure-building tools: Figma/FigJam or Miro (preferred);

experience working with CRM systems for managing a partner and donor database (preferred);

high level of stress resilience and ability to make effective decisions under time pressure and high responsibility;

strong strategic thinking, proactivity, and results orientation;

diplomacy and empathy, combined with firmness in defending the interests of wounded soldiers and the corps service.

developing and implementing a partnership strategy, forming a unified plan for attracting resources, medical equipment, humanitarian aid, and funding for the needs of the corps’ medical support service;

coordinating and managing the internal team, establishing operational interaction between the grants direction, the international sector, Ukrainian partners, and managers working with public and private healthcare institutions;

monitoring KPIs and reporting from subordinates, tracking managers’ plan execution, evaluating the effectiveness of grant acquisition, signing memorandums, and organizing treatment for soldiers;

supporting and approving major grant applications, final audit and submission of project proposals to international foundations, organizations, and major donors, as well as monitoring the intended use of funds and compliance;

building a national support network, engaging major Ukrainian businesses, domestic charitable foundations, and volunteer communities in systematically providing the service with necessary resources;

establishing strategic alliances with healthcare institutions, negotiating and signing agreements for priority, discounted, or specialized treatment, prosthetics, and rehabilitation for corps soldiers in both public and private hospitals;

analytics and reporting to senior command, regularly informing the head of the corps’ medical support service about the volume of aid attracted and the status of grant program implementation.
