Requirements

  • readiness for military service and participation in combat operations;
  • physical endurance and adherence to military discipline;
  • desire to continuously learn and improve military skills.

Responsibilities

  • commanding the automatic grenade launcher crew within a mechanized platoon;
  • carrying out combat missions and participating in training exercises;
  • ensuring the crew maintains a proper level of discipline, steady morale, and combat spirit.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
