- experience in engineering or research in the field of computer vision or digital signal processing;
- ability to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code in Python and PyTorch;
- knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
- strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills;
- experience with real-time video processing in the cloud and on the edge is an advantage;
- experience using inference acceleration and model compression techniques (quantization, distillation, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- developing and deploying computer vision solutions across the full cycle;
- continuously evaluating and improving model performance based on user feedback;
- collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement CV solutions into products supporting the Defense Forces;
- analyzing current approaches to computer vision model quality metrics and developing new approaches;
- optimizing models for real-time performance on edge and cloud platforms.
