- psychological resilience and readiness to carry out missions aimed at saving the lives of fellow soldiers;
- meeting fitness requirements for military service based on health condition and psycho-emotional indicators.

Responsibilities
- evacuating wounded personnel from dangerous areas;
- organizing logistical support;
- driving a vehicle under combat conditions;
- being on duty for medical evacuation;
- transporting wounded personnel to the forward triage point (FTP);
- determining optimal evacuation routes;
- delivering medical equipment and supplies to personnel assembly points;
- keeping the vehicle clean and in proper working condition, maintaining personal physical fitness and combat readiness.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
