Responsibilities
- removal of components;
- removal of old paint and rust;
- filling, leveling, and sanding the surface to a perfectly smooth finish;
- degreasing and dust-removal of the body before applying materials;
- color matching and mixing of paints, varnishes, and solvents;
- application of primer, paint, and varnish coatings;
- using a spray gun and other equipment;
- spot painting (localized painting);
- quality control of the work performed;
- polishing and removing defects after painting.
Terms
