- preparing and conducting project pitches;
- tailoring presentations to different audiences;
- preparing pitch decks and supporting materials;
- actively seeking out partners—producers and directors—who are a good fit for specific stories;
- working with the Ukrainian and international markets, including co-productions;
- building and maintaining a network of industry contacts;
- regular attendance at key festivals and networking events;
- understanding the context;
- supporting the process from pitching to signing agreements: organizing meetings, participating in negotiations, and helping to establish cooperation between the parties.
