Requirements

education or work experience in the IT field (system administration, technical support);
knowledge of how computer networks, Windows/Linux operating systems, and basic networking equipment work;
ability to troubleshoot technical issues and configure equipment;
ability to interact effectively with colleagues and users.

Responsibilities

maintaining the department’s computer equipment, server hardware, and network infrastructure;
configuring, administering, and securing local networks, workstations, and video surveillance systems;
configuring firewalls, VPNs, antivirus protection, and user access controls;
ensuring the uninterrupted operation of business communications, performing backups, and updating software;
monitoring security and responding to technical failures and incidents.
