- knowledge of how computer networks, Windows/Linux operating systems, and basic networking equipment work;
- ability to troubleshoot technical issues and configure equipment;
- ability to interact effectively with colleagues and users.

Responsibilities
- maintaining the department’s computer equipment, server hardware, and network infrastructure;
- configuring, administering, and securing local networks, workstations, and video surveillance systems;
- configuring firewalls, VPNs, antivirus protection, and user access controls;
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of business communications, performing backups, and updating software;
- monitoring security and responding to technical failures and incidents.
Terms
