- a bachelor’s degree or specialized technical education (in radio communications, telecommunications, computer science, etc.);
- proficiency in working with telecommunications networks and information systems;
- experience in configuring and operating peripheral (printers, scanners, plotters, etc.), computer (laptops, desktops, monitors, computer accessories, etc.) and telecommunications equipment (WiFi routers, switches, routers, local servers, etc.);
- experience in setting up and maintaining office workstations (installing Windows, office software, configuring monitors, peripheral devices, and accessories);
- knowledge of the fundamentals of computer networking (OSI model, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, NAT, DHCP, DNS, MTA) will be a significant advantage;
- skills in working with measurement equipment for testing cable lines (twisted-pair tester, OTDR) will be an advantage;
- ability to quickly deploy and configure modern software products using documentation;
- programming skills;
- knowledge of Linux is a significant advantage;
- experience in repairing and troubleshooting modern telecommunications, peripheral, computer, and radio equipment is a significant advantage;

Responsibilities
- deployment, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications networks and computer systems, VPN tunnels, local servers, monitoring systems, remote access systems, and cybersecurity (IDS) systems, etc.;
- installation, configuration, and testing of local computer networks;
- provision of physical infrastructure for data transmission: crimping and laying cables, installing outlets, mounting switching equipment, and installing and configuring uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems;
- deploying and maintaining active and passive network equipment (switches, routers, hubs, Wi-Fi access points, Wi-Fi bridges, etc.);
- conducting technical inspections, monitoring, diagnostics, prompt troubleshooting, and restoring the operability of network connections, telecommunications networks, and systems;
- providing technical support (configuring office equipment, installing Windows and office software, consulting on IT-related issues, etc.);
- installing servers and network filters, and upgrading existing infrastructure;
- working as part of a team with group technicians and ensuring the completion of assigned tasks;
- maintaining communication with other departments and military units within the scope of job responsibilities.
