Requirements

age 18 or older;
willingness to work in an active combat zone and carry out missions under conditions of heightened combat readiness and danger;
maintenance of a high level of professional, physical, and moral readiness;
commitment to continuous learning and development;
high level of motivation and discipline;
understanding of the unit’s values, ability to work in harmony and maintain team unity.

Responsibilities

carrying out missions in a combat zone as part of a unit, providing precision fire at medium and long ranges;
engaging priority targets located beyond the effective range of a standard rifleman;
supporting unit maneuvers with precision fire, including retreats, movements, and covering advances;
observing the battlefield, relaying information to the commander or squad, and detecting the enemy;
maintaining the marksman rifle, preparing the weapon for firing, performing timely maintenance, and keeping the weapon in good working order;
operating from cover and positions, and selecting the best vantage point for delivering precision fire.
