- (preferred) a degree in management, marketing, international relations, finance, economics, public administration, sociology, or related fields;
- work experience in the civil society, charitable, or international sector;
- (preferred) proven experience in attracting funds from donors, businesses, or grant programs;
- experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies;
- experience in negotiations and building long-term partner relations;
- (preferred) experience working with CRM systems and analytical tools;
- (strongly preferred) Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level.

Responsibilities
- forming short- and long-term fundraising strategies;
- determining financing priorities; yearly fundraising calendar planning;
- diversifying fundraising channels; acquiring and building relations with individual donors, businesses, and international organisations;
- negotiating with potential partners;
- developing tailored offers for donors;
- managing relations with key partners and donors;
- planning and launching fundraising campaigns;
- organising fundraising events with partners; developing crowdfunding initiatives.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
