Brother-in-arms “Lemko” spoke with “The Times” about the situation near Dobropillia

The failure of the enemy’s offensive on Dobropillia is the result of coordinated work by the Corps together with units operating in the combat zone. A joint headquarters was established for this operation.

The Commander of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, Denys “Redis” Prokopenko, brought together representatives of different branches of the military, who are now working toward one common objective — the destruction of the enemy.

This is one of the best examples of unity in Ukraine’s history, when different military branches — and even different ministries — work together.
Arsen “Lemko” Dmytryk
Lieutenant Colonel, Chief of Staff of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine

He also spoke about the number of enemy forces confronting Ukraine’s Defense Forces near Dobropillia.

Perhaps they can hold out there for a month before they die, surrender, or retreat. We are 40,000 facing more than 100,000 Russians. We are prevailing here thanks to a maneuver-based defense and fast, high-quality decisions.
