Responsibilities
- managing social projects from concept to implementation and reporting;
- coordinating the internal team, external partners, and members of the families we support;
- professional communication with all participants in project processes to achieve set goals;
- project-based interaction with government agencies and commercial entities;
- project-based interaction with outsourced resources, regular contractors, and others;
- planning timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitoring implementation;
- preparing reports, presentations, and status updates;
- monitoring project quality and compliance with agreements;
- handling documentation (contracts, technical specifications, reports, requests, correspondence);
- analyzing the effectiveness of projects and their components and proposing process improvements.
