Requirements

  • age: 21 to 55;
  • education: Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • location: Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast;
  • willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad;
  • experience as a project manager or account manager;
  • skills in planning and managing deadlines;
  • experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • ability to build long-term relationships with partners, contractors, and members of supported families;
  • management of expectations, agreements, and responsibilities of all parties;
  • ability to work with budgets and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
  • skills in preparing reports and presentations (PowerPoint);
  • proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace;
  • experience working with CRM or contact databases;
  • experience working with task managers (Notion, similar tools);
  • systematic and structured thinking, a high level of responsibility, self-organization, adaptability, the ability to make decisions under resource constraints, critical thinking, and stress resilience;
  • ability to work in a team;
  • desire for development and growth within the team;
  • willingness to work with sensitive topics and social issues;
  • the following would be an advantage:
    experience working on social, charitable, or community projects;
  • experience interacting with NGOs, foundations, government, or international organizations;
  • experience working with grants or donor programs;
  • English language proficiency at the B1 level or higher;
  • possession of a valid passport.

Responsibilities

  • managing social projects from concept to implementation and reporting;
  • coordinating the internal team, external partners, and members of the families we support;
  • professional communication with all participants in project processes to achieve set goals;
  • project-based interaction with government agencies and commercial entities;
  • project-based interaction with outsourced resources, regular contractors, and others;
  • planning timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitoring implementation;
  • preparing reports, presentations, and status updates;
  • monitoring project quality and compliance with agreements;
  • handling documentation (contracts, technical specifications, reports, requests, correspondence);
  • analyzing the effectiveness of projects and their components and proposing process improvements.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
