Requirements

the ability to respond quickly to changes in the operational situation;
proficiency in Office 365 at a level no lower than intermediate;
the ability to work in conditions of constantly changing operational and tactical situations and at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

duty at the battalion command post;
organizing and overseeing the battalion’s ongoing combat operations;
updating maps and diagrams, maintaining the “Kropiva” and “Delta” systems;
maintaining the duty log;
monitoring the execution of the battalion commander’s orders;
notifying the command of changes in the situation;
ensuring continuous command and control of units;
maintaining the combat operations log (COL);
preparing urgent reports;
monitoring the conduct of duty by the duty shifts.
