- a degree in medicine;
- professional experience in the field;
- proficiency in performing instrumental examinations;
- proficiency in English is a plus;
- experience performing retro- and parabulbar, perilimbal, and subconjunctival injections, as well as removing foreign bodies from the cornea and conjunctiva, and suturing wounds of the eyelids, conjunctiva, and sclera is a plus;
- adherence to the principles of evidence-based medicine;
- willingness to work in accordance with international standards of medical care;
- willingness to actively contribute to the development of the medical service of the team.

- conducting medical examinations of military personnel and assessing their condition;
- conservative treatment of ophthalmic conditions;
- organizing the workspace in the inpatient unit.
Terms
