Requirements

  • higher medical education in the relevant field;
  • completion of professional development training;
  • 3-4+ years of work experience in the field;
  • driving skills are an advantage;
  • knowledge of English is an advantage;
  • knowledge of modern clinical protocols for diagnosing and treating mental disorders;
  • skills in conducting psychiatric diagnostics and assessing patients’ mental state;
  • ability to work with medical documentation and statistical reporting;
  • readiness to work in a military team and comply with military service requirements;
  • responsibility, ethics, stress resilience, and ability to work in a team;
  • readiness to work under high workload conditions.

Responsibilities

  • conducting psychiatric diagnostics and assessing the mental state of service members;
  • providing psychiatric care to patients in outpatient settings;
  • prescribing, monitoring the effectiveness of, and adjusting treatment for mental disorders according to clinical protocols;
  • conducting psychiatric consultations and dynamic patient monitoring;
  • participating in determining treatment tactics and medical support for patients;
  • collaborating with medical staff on patient management and organizing the treatment process;
  • maintaining medical records and documentation.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
