Requirements

  • high level of motivation to carry out assigned tasks and duties;
  • good physical fitness and mental health;
  • experience working with the wounded;
  • completion of CLS, CMC, CPP, and Medevac courses;
  • willingness to learn and work in accordance with international standards for the provision of emergency medical care;
  • willingness to actively contribute to the unit’s development;
  • willingness to participate in medical planning and medical reconnaissance;
  • willingness to undergo regular training, improve skills, and enhance qualifications;
  • adherence to the principles of evidence-based medicine;
  • commitment to bringing high-quality medical care to the wounded.

Responsibilities

  • performing core functions, duties, and assigned tasks;
  • providing emergency medical care to casualties in combat conditions;
  • providing medical support during assault operations;
  • periodic duty shifts at the casualty triage station;
  • conducting tactical medicine training for personnel;
  • organizing the workspace and workflow at casualty triage points;
  • monitoring the contents of medical backpacks, rescue soldier bags, and personnel first-aid kits;
  • communicating with other medical service units when casualties requiring consultation and outpatient treatment are identified;
  • collecting and processing medical data.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
