Requirements

high level of motivation to carry out assigned tasks and duties;
good physical fitness and mental health;
experience working with the wounded;
completion of CLS, CMC, CPP, and Medevac courses;
willingness to learn and work in accordance with international standards for the provision of emergency medical care;
willingness to actively contribute to the unit’s development;
willingness to participate in medical planning and medical reconnaissance;
willingness to undergo regular training, improve skills, and enhance qualifications;
adherence to the principles of evidence-based medicine;
commitment to bringing high-quality medical care to the wounded.

Responsibilities

performing core functions, duties, and assigned tasks;
providing emergency medical care to casualties in combat conditions;
providing medical support during assault operations;
periodic duty shifts at the casualty triage station;
conducting tactical medicine training for personnel;
organizing the workspace and workflow at casualty triage points;
monitoring the contents of medical backpacks, rescue soldier bags, and personnel first-aid kits;
communicating with other medical service units when casualties requiring consultation and outpatient treatment are identified;
collecting and processing medical data.
