Requirements

  • willingness to serve in the zone of active combat operations;
  • age from 18 to 40 years;
  • experience in logistics or service in support units will be an advantage;
  • willingness to constantly learn and develop.

Responsibilities

  • forming and organizing the work of the unit;
  • maintaining combat readiness and monitoring the performance of tasks assigned to the platoon for supporting other units of the battalion;
  • organizing the training of personnel.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
