- willingness to work in areas where combat and engineering tasks are carried out;
- age: 20 to 50 years old (may be adjusted depending on the unit’s needs);
- fitness for military service in terms of physical health and mental and psychological condition;
- education: high school or vocational school; possession of a tractor operator’s license of the appropriate category (A1/A2, or others depending on the type of equipment);
- tractor driving skills and a basic understanding of the operation of the engine, transmission, hydraulics, and attachments.

Responsibilities
- operating a tractor while performing engineering, earthwork, transportation, and maintenance tasks within the department;
- performing maintenance and inspections on the tractor, including checking the engine, transmission, hydraulics, and attachments to ensure it operates properly;
- operating mounted and towed equipment (plows, buckets, trailers, cultivators, etc.) in accordance with assigned tasks;
- transporting cargo, materials, and engineering equipment within the work area;
- maintaining logs and technical documentation, including records of fuel consumption, technical inspections, and work performed.
Terms
