- experience operating UAVs;
- knowledge of air target engagement tactics is preferred;
- understanding of UAV engineering fundamentals; ability to work under pressure, decisiveness in combat, analytical thinking;
- combat experience, knowledge of topography, and fundamentals of radio communications are preferred;
- physical endurance, good eyesight, attentiveness;
- preference given to former operators of FPV strike/reconnaissance UAVs.

Responsibilities
- operating anti-aircraft UAVs to intercept enemy UAVs (strike or reconnaissance);
- conducting aerial reconnaissance in the area of responsibility and detecting enemy UAVs;
- coordinating with radar and visual observation teams, electronic warfare units, and observers;
- conducting pre-flight preparation of the aircraft: checking control systems, video links, batteries, and payloads;
- analyzing mission results—video, flight paths, and target engagement effectiveness.
