Requirements

  • a specialized higher education degree with certification in one of the fields of psychotherapy, or currently undergoing certification under supervision (CBT, EMDR, body-oriented, narrative-exposure, biosuggestive, or mindfulness therapy);
  • professionalism, ethics, and impartiality;
  • professional experience, particularly with crisis situations, and experience with evidence-based methods and techniques of trauma therapy;
  • the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in mono- and multidisciplinary teams;
  • a willingness to actively contribute to the development of the brigade’s medical services.

Responsibilities

  • work at the inpatient unit;
  • in-person and online counseling;
  • support and psychotherapeutic intervention for military personnel, particularly those with GSD, PTSD, and adjustment disorders;
  • conducting individual counseling sessions and group sessions;
  • organizing the workspace at the inpatient unit.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
