- a specialized higher education degree with certification in one of the fields of psychotherapy, or currently undergoing certification under supervision (CBT, EMDR, body-oriented, narrative-exposure, biosuggestive, or mindfulness therapy);
- professionalism, ethics, and impartiality;
- professional experience, particularly with crisis situations, and experience with evidence-based methods and techniques of trauma therapy;
- the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in mono- and multidisciplinary teams;
- a willingness to actively contribute to the development of the brigade’s medical services.
