Requirements

  • proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD;
  • experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android;
  • understanding of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines;
  • experience creating, maintaining, and using design systems;
  • experience designing creatives and banners for advertising campaigns;
  • ability to work with Lottie and/or Rive animations;
  • basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand limitations;
  • understanding of the principles of composition, color, and typography;
  • creativity and adaptability;
  • systematic approach and responsibility;
  • ability to work with technical specifications and create new ones;
  • experience creating responsive designs for various devices (smartphones, TVs, wearables);
  • experience in military, social, or charitable projects is a plus;
  • understanding of JavaScript capabilities and animation libraries such as GSAP is a plus;
  • understanding of SEO is a plus;
  • basic 3D modeling skills in Blender/Cinema4D are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • website and landing page design;
  • adapting designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices;
  • creating interactive prototypes and visualizations;
  • developing static, dynamic, and animated content for websites, social media, messaging apps, and advertising campaigns;
  • presentation development;
  • design of print materials;
  • working with design systems, brand books, and guidelines;
  • close collaboration with development, advertising, and content teams.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
