Requirements

  • age 18 to 60;
  • preference will be given to female candidates;
  • education: college degree or vocational diploma (preference given to social work, psychology, law, or management);
  • a medical background is not a requirement but is welcome;
  • fitness for military service in terms of health and compliance with moral and psychological standards;
  • a high level of empathy, listening skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts;
  • providing support to wounded service members at all stages of treatment and rehabilitation to ensure the continuity of the recovery process;
  • coordinating interactions between the wounded service member, medical facilities, and the military unit;
  • monitoring the service member’s needs for medications, rehabilitation equipment, or specific procedures, and sourcing resources to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • providing support to wounded service members at all stages of treatment and rehabilitation to ensure the continuity of the recovery process;
  • coordinating communication between the wounded service member, medical facilities, and the military unit;
  • assisting with the collection and preparation of necessary documents for medical examinations, including the Military Medical Commission (VLK) and the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK), among others;
  • monitoring the soldier’s needs for medications, rehabilitation equipment, or specific procedures, and sourcing resources to meet these needs;
  • maintaining regular communication with the service member to explain next steps in the treatment process and monitor their condition;
  • monitoring compliance with deadlines for the provision of medical care and the completion of bureaucratic procedures within the healthcare system and the military unit;
  • maintaining records and updating the database regarding the health status, location, and legal status of the military personnel under our care.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
