- coordinating interactions between the wounded service member, medical facilities, and the military unit;
- monitoring the service member’s needs for medications, rehabilitation equipment, or specific procedures, and sourcing resources to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
- providing support to wounded service members at all stages of treatment and rehabilitation to ensure the continuity of the recovery process;
- coordinating communication between the wounded service member, medical facilities, and the military unit;
- assisting with the collection and preparation of necessary documents for medical examinations, including the Military Medical Commission (VLK) and the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK), among others;
- monitoring the soldier’s needs for medications, rehabilitation equipment, or specific procedures, and sourcing resources to meet these needs;
- maintaining regular communication with the service member to explain next steps in the treatment process and monitor their condition;
- monitoring compliance with deadlines for the provision of medical care and the completion of bureaucratic procedures within the healthcare system and the military unit;
- maintaining records and updating the database regarding the health status, location, and legal status of the military personnel under our care.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
