- a valid driver’s license (Class B or C);
- high motivation and willingness to learn how to operate military vehicles from scratch;
- basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and engine principles;
- physical endurance and psychological resilience under stressful conditions;
- willingness to work in a team and take responsibility for the crew and equipment;
- (preferred) experience driving trucks, large vehicles, or tractors;
- (preferred) practical skills in repairing and maintaining vehicles;
- (preferred) prior military experience or completion of basic military training.

Responsibilities
- operating an armored combat vehicle while carrying out missions (after completing a full course of specialized training);
- transporting personnel, ammunition, and unit equipment along designated routes;
- performing basic maintenance on the vehicle and keeping it in a state of readiness;
- willingness to engage in intensive training and quickly master the specifics of military equipment (the main requirement is a desire to learn; prior experience operating an armored vehicle is not required);
- prompt troubleshooting of minor malfunctions in field conditions under the guidance of experienced mechanics.
