Responsibilities
- providing technical support to users online and by phone to resolve issues with PCs, software, printers, and networks, as well as offering assistance via remote access tools;
- providing advisory support (guidance) to users regarding the use of IT services, basic settings, troubleshooting common errors, and explaining technical issues in a way that is accessible to non-technical users;
- ensuring compliance with information security policies, controlling access to resources, and conducting basic educational outreach with users. Responding to security-related incidents in accordance with internal procedures;
- systematizing and updating solutions to common problems to provide rapid support to users and the team;
- working with Active Directory, managing account data;
- working with the ticket system, monitoring completed tickets, and completing documentation.
