- holding an officer rank or having higher education with the prospect of obtaining an officer rank;
- psychological readiness to perform tasks in an active combat zone;
- practical experience serving in artillery units;
- commitment to continuous professional training and development;
- meeting the health requirements of the military medical commission, as well as possessing the necessary moral and psychological qualities.

- leading personnel during the execution of combat missions;
- determining targets and planning fire engagement;
- organizing and coordinating fire support measures for units;
- preparing positions for maneuvering and ensuring personnel safety;
- ensuring the constant combat readiness of weaponry, equipment, and ammunition.
Terms
