- good movement coordination, agility, and reaction speed for actions in the confined space of the fighting compartment;
- absence of injuries or diseases of the musculoskeletal system and other conditions that may hinder the performance of duties;
- endurance to work under conditions of vibration, noise, high temperatures, and confined space;
- discipline, attentiveness, and stress resistance;
- ability to work in a team, strictly following the instructions of the tank commander and gunner;
- strict adherence to the rules of safe handling of ammunition.

Responsibilities
- performing functions as part of a Leopard tank crew;
- preparing tank ammunition for use — checking serviceability, cleanliness, and proper placement;
- loading the ammunition complement before executing combat missions;
- ensuring order and safe storage of shells in the fighting compartment;
- transporting shells from the stowage to the loading area;
- assisting the gunner-operator in maintaining the main and secondary armament of the tank.
Terms
