Requirements

  • readiness to perform tasks in a combat zone;
  • developed communication skills;
  • ability to maintain composure in stressful situations;
  • confident PC user (Word, Excel);
  • commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • organizing and planning the unit’s combat operations;
  • developing operation plans, monitoring and coordinating own forces along the line of contact;
  • ensuring the coordinated work of the staff;
  • maintaining documentation and preparing official paperwork.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
