- age is between 18 and 45 years old;
- higher or specialized technical education (telecommunications, radio communications, IT, etc.);
- practical skills in operating information systems and telecommunication networks;
- experience working with computer hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners), and network equipment (routers, switches, servers);
- skills in organizing and supporting workspaces (installing Windows OS, office software, connecting office equipment);
- understanding of basic network architecture principles (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) is a significant plus;
- experience administering equipment from MikroTik, Ubiquiti, FortiNet, TP-Link, or analogs is welcomed;
- ability to use twisted-pair testers, OTDR, and other measuring equipment will be an advantage;
- ability to quickly deploy new software relying on technical documentation;
- knowledge of Linux OS and basic programming skills are considered a major advantage;
- experience in repairing and fine-tuning modern radio, computer, and telecom equipment is a plus;
- awareness of cybersecurity basics and information protection methods;
- high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and emotional stability;
- analytical thinking and a systematic approach to troubleshooting technical issues;
- ability to maintain efficiency under severe psychological pressure and stress;
- readiness to perform official duties directly in active combat zones;
- desire to constantly develop, improve skills, and quickly master new material;
- adequate health and physical endurance to perform moderately demanding physical tasks;
- proficiency in English at the B1-B2 level will be a strong argument in your favor.
