- completed secondary or higher education (technical background is welcome but not mandatory);
- readiness for prolonged execution of tasks in field conditions;
- high level of motivation, responsibility, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills;
- confident use of a personal computer at a basic level;
- ability to quickly adapt and make sound decisions in extreme situations;
- prior experience in a related field will be considered a strong plus.

- direct management and coordination of radio station operations;
- maintaining stable radio communication and timely transmission of operational information;
- deploying, configuring, and performing regular maintenance of the equipment;
- strict compliance with established radio exchange rules and regulations;
- monitoring adherence to communication security and confidentiality requirements;
- maintaining official documentation and reports, as well as participating in the unit’s combat operations;
- supervising the staff of radio operators and continuously monitoring the quality of their work.
Terms
