- higher education (legal education will be an advantage);
- confident PC user, proficient in office software (MS Office);
- knowledge and understanding of record-keeping/document management principles;
- experience in the legal field, records management, or document support for charitable organizations will be an advantage;
- responsibility and discipline.

Responsibilities
- organizing, maintaining, recording, and storing documentation (records management);
- creating, verifying, and maintaining candidates’ personal files;
- preparing reports on candidates for the unit;
- monitoring compliance with document processing and completion deadlines;
- communicating with candidates and maintaining contact with prospective candidates;
- working with electronic databases and specialized software;
- liaising with other units to obtain necessary information.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
