- higher education (bachelor’s/master’s) in Sociology or related fields (psychology, political science, etc.);
- deep understanding of sociological theories, research methods, and socio-political processes;
- experience conducting sociological research (surveys, focus groups, secondary data analysis);
- proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, Jamovi, R) and data-processing programs (Excel, Google Sheets);
- analytical thinking: critical reasoning, hypothesis formulation, and interpretation of results;
- attention to detail and accuracy when working with data;
- communication skills for clearly presenting research results, both in writing and orally;
- fluent English for working with foreign-language sources and international projects.

Terms
