Requirements

  • experience working as a design engineer or in a similar role;
  • higher technical education in mechanical engineering, applied mechanics, or engineering (a significant advantage);
  • proficiency in specialized 3D modeling and design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.);
  • understanding of the operating principles, kinematics, and structure of the mechanisms, assemblies, and units being designed;
  • ability to read technical drawings and specifications;
  • knowledge of structural material properties, processing methods, and part manufacturing technologies;
  • skills in performing engineering calculations;
  • attention to detail, spatial reasoning, an aptitude for solving complex technical problems;
  • ability to work as part of a team;
    readiness to constantly learn and develop.

Responsibilities

  • designing and developing 3D models of parts, assemblies, and mechanisms, along with drawings, diagrams, and technical solutions for their manufacture and modernization (including 3D printing);
  • modeling, analyzing, and adjusting designs in specialized software;
  • preparing models for manufacturing, printing, or further processing;
  • participating in testing, refining, and improving developed designs;
  • coordinating with production and repair units during the implementation of technical solutions;
  • ensuring developed designs meet reliability, safety, and functionality requirements;
  • maintaining technical and design documentation.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;

  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;

  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
