- organizing the preparation of meals and culinary products for the unit’s military personnel;
- performing support tasks related to the preparation of meals and culinary products;
- carrying out the initial culinary processing of raw ingredients;
- portioning, assembling, and distributing mass-produced meals for a large number of military personnel;
- adhering to meal preparation standards;
- adhering to hygiene regulations;
- adhering to occupational safety standards.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
